A customers can call to collect a backup replacement sim against their mobile number which is beforehand from banglalink customer care, banglalink point and banglalink service points.
After collection of backup Sim customer needs to dial *177# (free) and must generate the secret pin from his/her current Sim.

How to active the Banglalink Backup Sim

• To activate the backup Sim they can dial *177# from any banglalink number then enter the mobile number followed by pin and finally the last 3 digits of the backup Sim serial number.
• Mind that ,If the backup Sim is activated the earlier Sim will automatically become deactivated and customer can continue to use the backup Sim without any delay or hassle.
• Current Sim replacement verification process and fees will be applicable for backup Sim collection.
